Look, you do a lot, and, then, you have some down time. Don't sweat it. You'll come back out of your slump. I'm actually probably better off than most middle class ppl. I have discretionary income & they don't. I live so minimally. I do what I want.

I'm in bed right now. Ha! I don't do anything if I don't have to. I wait til the grass gets up to my ass before I mow it. Housework can wait. Nobody visits me. Who cares? I'd rather eat donuts & play with my laptop. Do what you want, girl. Fuck the world.

You're not doing anything wrong. You're guilting yourself for taking it easy when taking it easy is the way to go. Maintain the bare essentials. And let the rest of it go until ya feel like it. You got it together, actually. You just dont realize it yet.

That's what I'm talkin about. You're too hard on yourself. Overachieve? Why? Everything in life is just castles made of sand & will not last. The best thing is to do what has to be done & the rest of the time go chasing clouds & rainbows. Smell the flowers.
