I cannot help but suspect that apologists for Abrahamic religions are a. Indoctrinated or b. Uneducated or c. Protecting income or d. Gullible or e. Abuse it for politics (Not talking about regular, innocent followers.) Any other possible reasons to protect/excuse such myths ?

I dont think all of them are uneducated or indoctrinated. Some of them know quite well how the "god" spell works and implement it to control and fleece the sheeple.
