They got lotsa their killing done when they subjugated whole continents, declaring every indigenous person they encountered a savage for not loving Christ. But, it's not all distant history. Look at the world wars & those that have raged right up to the present. Who's doing that?

The Christians don't have a monopoly on aggression. But the topic was about ridiculing a religion and in today's political climate, various religious groups can use that as a pretext to rally their particular voting block into a formidable political force.
