At least the basics are covered in the developed world. Look at idiots in India. Many don't have a roof above their heads, no security at all& physically stunted but have absolutely no issues with having children. To make it worse, the government has to turn populist to survive.

She was talkin about child trafficking. Dumbass parents plaster their kids pics & info all over the internet while traffickers repost these pics & people bid on them. Once bidding is done, they go to location provided by parent & abduct the child & sell it.
