Over 100 billion people have been born & suffered & have died. No one cares. No one ever thinks about them or misses them. It's as if they never existed. Soon, we will join them in oblivion.

Not only that, but it's looking like the universe will continue to expand until everything vanishes over the light-horizon, becoming invisible to everything else, and settles into timeless nothingness at absolute or near-absolute zero degrees.

Sometimes, it's sad. Other times, it's just tedious and annoying. The pointlessness of it all. And then there's the being involuntarily forced to participate in it. Sometimes, it's downright enraging.
