I too feel 4 u both-I was beaten too- my Dad whipped me with a belt-my brother is worse-sneaky, lying, stealing, thriving after younger brother he also screwed - died - gas lighting narcissist-still struggle internally w fighting emotionally with the horror of him in my life

Damn. That's bad, Eva. I never could understand all of the violence in my family growing up. It didn't make any sense. I'm sure it had something to do with me becoming antinatalist around 12, 13 yrs old, though.

My brother was 4 yrs older. He would beat me down to the ground & then grab my shoulders & knock my head against ground til I was unconscious. I would come to dazed, headaches. My dad would chase me down the street & whip me black & blue in front of neighbors
