It really is the core issue. Very few, if any, ever recover from this trauma of being born. I think a lot of the hostility one encounters when discussing AN is because most are completely unconscious of it & lash out at anything which dares to expose it.

I've never studied birth trauma or epigenetics. But, I've pondered long & hard over antinatalist philosophy & at it's root, there is the trauma of having existence imposed on you & then the subsequent conditioning & development thereafter. It's deep.

Those are good points you've made. But the trauma I'm referring to is the trauma of being forced into existence & forced into a harmful situation, one of suffering, pain, decay & death. Being born is the worst crime one can have experienced against oneself.
