I think a lot of "antinatalists" are not really antinatalists. They're just depressed.

So, you are saying that, first, comes understanding of antinatalism, which then leads to depression. Whereas, I'm saying that, first, some are depressed, which then leads to their becoming antinatalist sympathizers.
