I do realize that and so much more but still how come they don't feel or see all this torment and hell everywhere or choose to just ignore it that easily!

It's defensive. Block out all of the horror one can. Focus only on the present & one's immediate needs. It's survival mode. This is also how the animals do it. Humans are animals. Nothing more.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to try to turn it all off & escape it for a while, even if only briefly. There is meditation, mindfulness training, hypnosis, ASMR, etc. Even watching a good movie or TV show can give one a break from the existential angst of it all.

Tried all of it not enough just for a few moments abd by forcing my self not to think kr remember it's so fucking hard.
