It's a rare person who is free, or even wants to be free. For to be free you would have to not have any social interactions. You would have to not have a name or even an identity. All of us who live in society are not free.

As soon you are born, you are enslaved, imprisoned. No one is ever free. Even the hermit is a slave to their bodily needs and functions.

I don't think true freedom exists for any living creature. But some people are more enslaved than others.
