True but I think many parents are brainwashed/pre-conditioned to reproduce and not malicious in intent, as opposed to most rapists or murderers who understand the direct harm they are causing.

Forcing someone into existence without their consent and putting them in harm's way where they will suffer and eventually die is as malicious and malevolent as it gets. That is the meaning of the original tweet.
