All of existence is unnecessarily harmful, is it not? By virtue of existing, you are imposing unnecessary harm on other living things. Even vegans impose unnecessary harm on billions of living creatures via farming technology. Insects, aphids, snails, etc.

If causing unnecessary harm is the definition of objective morality, then the answer is an emphatic yes. What is more unnecessary than imposing life on another where they will suffer & die & cause others to suffer & die? And none of it was necessary?
