I can't remember the last time I was happy. Surely, there must have been sometime in the past when I was happy? Does being whacked out on drugs & alcohol count? I think not. I can't remember being happy. I laugh a lot but it's a cynical laugh.

(1) It's a wonderful thing that you've been naturally happy. As for me, perhaps I'm a little bit like Antwan. I don't think I've ever been happy. It's not that I've always looked morose, serious, and unhappy and behaved like it. On the contrary, everybody called me happy.
