I don't know much about naturopathy but not taking painkillers sounds like a good idea. People in my area are addicted to opioids. They are like zombies. It makes them stupid. Most of them are stupid before they take them, but afterwards, theyre beyond stupid

I've never gotten a flu shot. Vitamin C & Zinc are good for you, in general. Magnesium, too, if your stomach isn't acting right, can help. I don't go to the doctor unless I'm really sick & can't get any other form of relief.

I don't know if u can get a B12 shot over the counter here or not. But 75 packets for 17 bucks sounds pretty reasonable. I might have to order some.

I just googled it. You can get an over the counter B12 shot if you have a prescription. But it depends on how bad your deficiency is and that it may be just as good to take the packets on a regular basis.

I can always use more energy. I'm gonna get some packets. I thought had some vitamin B pills around here but couldn't find them. They were probably old, anyway.
