No, it doesn't do anything but show how stupid people are. In war torn, impoverished countries, people breed like cockroaches. Suffering, horror, carnage has no effect on them. They are oblivous.

It seems in reality, most people enjoy seeing people suffer. Don’t see the point in putting parents in prison for neglect when all parents are criminals. They’ve committed the greatest crime. At the very least parents with children should have double the tax of childless people
