I can see how Australia would have Halloween. I guess New Zealand was a British enclave too. But Halloween is not celebrated in Iraq, right? Muslims won't condone foreign pagan rituals. Right? Ironically, the Christians love it here in America.

I thought Islam was when the Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alayhi wa salam, rode into Mekka & destroyed all the pagan idols in the Ka'aba except for Allah, subhanahu wa ta'ala. No? From that time on, Islam was pure monotheism.

I have heard of this but I always brushed it off as anti-Islam propaganda. But youre saying it's for real. There was a tribe in Iraq called the Yazidis. They were into a weird religion. I hear they are heavily persecuted now since Saddam was overthrown.

Well, the Bible talks about tribes that engaged in human sacrifice and weird sexual practices to various gods, ba'al this & ba'al that, etc. The Bible enjoined the Israelites not to go that way. I thought Muhammad & early Muslims echoed that same sentiment.

OK. That's what I thought. Muhammad conquered most of Arabia. Then Abu Bakr & Omar & Uthman & Ali kept up the momentum until they had conquered all of the Midde East, N. Africa, parts of India & China & so on. That's my understanding. They amassed an empire.
