I hear what you're saying but the issue I raised is about whether being AN is playing the "victim" card or not. I am grateful I was not born in Yemen. But that is trying to evaluate the varying degrees of victimhood, i.e. born in Yemen vs born in the USA.

You contradict yourself. You tweet AN is not playing the victim card. Then you follow that up with you want to prevent the creation of more victims in the future.

Are we truly "victims"? Victims of whom? When the original first DNA molecule accidentally replicated itself & started this whole life/existence thing, it wasn't a victim. It's just a chemical reaction. Conditions were suitable & it replicated. No one did it.

Metaphorically speaking, maybe, but not in fact. There was no one doing it. The molecule just fucking replicated. There's no "victim" in the event because there is no agency, i.e. no one doing it. It just... splat... replicated.... & then it just kept going

You are anthropomorphizing biology. It's the DNA molecule replicating. That is what biology is about. DNA replicating in a myriad of forms.
