(1) I've just seen "Amadeus" for a third time. I just can't help weeping dozens of times every time I watch it, because of the outstanding performance by Tom Hulce (as Mozart) and F. Murray Abraham (as Salieri) and the sublime music by Mozart.

(2) Both the performance by the two actors and the music by Mozart are divine and spine-chilling. Mozart's "Requiem," samples of which are heard for a long time in the film, is just unearthly. And the two actors deserve to act behind a backdrop of the music.
