I don't know. I doubt it. Hollywood & TV are THE dominant force in media today. But Internet is rapidly usurping them. Books and literacy are a thing of the past. The electronic media is re-tribalizing humans. We are entering a New Dark Ages.

The electronic media is wiping out 500 years of the printing press. Nowadays, most people get their information via electronic, speed of light media, not thru print. Print is visual. Electronic media is aural.
