Read it in one weekend when all i had was a my phone with a copy of the book and lots of free time. Few things are as satisfying as reading pessimist literature. Ironic.

I read a copy online a few years ago. Later, I got the hardcopy & it was different than the online version. May have been a rough draft. I don't know.

I just checked my copy. Published 2010. It says parts of the book had been previously published in different forms in various magazines. I may have found one of those versions. When I bought the book, I noticed it was quite different than online version...

Yeah. It's probably the latest edition. I wish now that I had printed out that earlier version. It had some interesting stuff in it. Oh, well...
