I think being suicidal is a minority and always will be. The majority don't want to commit suicide. But antinatalism really has nothing to do with suicide. Most suicides are committed by pronatalists.

I think you meant "painless" instead of "painful" in the above tweet. AN, to me, is just a matter of fact, obvious & observable. One's emotional state has no bearing on the issue. It's a cold, hard, objective fact. If you breed it, it will suffer & die,

I became antinatalist while very young, in junior high school. I hated school. Life was already work & drudgery & sickness & hardship & frustration & worry & being manipulated & mind fucked & I thought "I don't want to force this bullshit onto another person"

I've never been pronatalist. By the time I hit puberty, I was already dead set against procreating. And I've never relented. And, I've been married & been in quite a few intimate relationships. I like sex but I didn't want to create a human. Ah, hell no.

Yeah, to me, it was just obvious. I watched other kids suffering. One friend died from cancer in the 6th grade. Tragedy all around. Why add more fuel to the fire? My own life was difficult, poverty stricken, parents were distant, authoritarian. It was prison
