If you had "free will", you could will yourself to be happy. You could will yourself to be blissed out all the time. You could will yourself to be and feel whatever you want because you're "free", right? But that aint happening, is it? So much for "free will"

I dont think everyone wants their kid to have a high IQ or be a concert pianist. I think most of them really don't know why they're having a kid except that everyone else is doing it or it's an accident. That's because free will has nothing to do with it.

Well, when I used the analogy of "sacks of shit", it was for all of us, not just the kids. We are sacks made of skin full of shit, pus, bile and piss and other filth. It's just a biological fact that most of us forget in our daily discourse.
