I don't understand the question. Are you saying one must believe existence has meaning in order to be an antinatalist? That if you find no meaning in existence, you cannot be an antinatalist?

What is more "negative" than seeing life/birth as utterly meaningless and stupid? As far as worrying about the suffering of others, what good does it do? It's just virtue signaling. "O look at me! I'm so caring and empathic." Whatever...

I pissed a lot of people off the last time I dealt with this question. Especially the SJWs, who take a lot of pride in their moralistic, 'holier than thou' stance on practically everything.
