Wouldn't that be sweet if you could just turn the thought valve off? There are some gurus who claim to be able to do that. I can turn it off for about 5 seconds, then more bullshit starts pouring in again... fuck!

Yes. A lot of my thoughts have been percolating for years, even decades. I was born antinatalist. Even as a child, I was like no way am I forcing another human being into this shitstorm of a slaughterhouse existence.

I don't think it's ethical to bring any kids into this world ever. Forcing people into existence is imprisoning & enslaving them to a life of suffering without their consent & the only way out is to die. If you birth someone, you have tortured & killed them.
