Gavin Newsom is going back to favoring Walmart over small businesses and places of worship. There is NOTHING fair or sensible about their rules. They are made to benefit the rich at the cost of the people during this time of crisis!

Newsom needs to be recalled as there are major differences between what his inner circle wants & what inner cities need. His inability to see the needs of all Californians provide us his core beliefs when he attempts to cut mental health programs as many citizens need basic care.
Walmart is organized, small business isn't. Government takes the easiest way out. Dealing with small business is like herding cats. So I don't think it's the $, it's the unwillingness to dig in and think of a way to deal with a zillion small independent organizations.

I am not even following...A lot of the restaurants and movie theaters closed are big corporations. This is about essential vs. non-essential services and all of us have to do our part so we can get our kids back in school!
