I stream using Elgato Game Capture HD with my Lenovo laptop, and either a PS4Pro or a Nintendo Switch depending on the game I am playing. I stream from a college dorm room using college wifi, and my computer ends up consistently crashing 20 - 30 minutes into streaming.

-Normal set up, crash -Just watch other videos without streaming, no crash -School stuff, no crash -Only open tabs and apps related to streaming, crash -Use an ethernet adaptor, crash -Put a lot of extra files on an external hard drive, crash

-Stream with the same set up but at parent's house, crash -Stream using mobile hotspot, wifi is so much ass that YouTube understandably bails on me -Stream on the unsecured college wifi instead of the secured one AND reduce maximum bit rate to 1.00 Mbps, crash

My gaming systems never crash, stream health stays green or orange on all streams excluding the hotspot one, and the computer screen freezes in all streams excluding the hotspot one.
