Being a skilled negotiator isn't relying on tactics to help you win. It's about being organized and KNOWING the history of the back and forth with a prospect–it's about reasonable compromise. Here's why: No one wants to lose. Knowing will help you best position your offer.
And DYK: 67% of the answers to those basic questions can be answered by reviewing data gathered earlier in the buying journey. No longer do salespeople need to play the old game of 20 questions with their prospects.
