I got quit from my first agency job. The Boss was a bully — and apparently affected a lotttt of peeps. Including the agency cofounder who was quit and threatened too.

A4.6 . I see play as a way for kids to already have their biases changed (good thing) because they’ve likely been on Zoom or played video games with kids who come from different backgrounds. Play can so powerful with empathy for all ages. #ElevateTheConvo

There’s a REALLY misguided perception that play is “frivolous” and playful activity is beaten out of us in traditional edu and biz settings. Schools made for great (if depressed?) rule followers and assembly line workers, but shite for encouraging creativity #ElevateTheConvo
