But the movie did a bad job of developing the character as well. Poor use of Bennyduck Cloisterpants.
Even Cumberbatch was hard to like I thought, his character was just such a dick, and not a lovable one like Tony Stark

I was hoping for more of a clever, glib Sherlock-type character. Like House or, you know Dr. Strange. They didn't quite get it, though.
