Wow. I guess I should have heeded the warnings @comcastcares has been hell from Day 1 of service. The customer service has been horrible.

@Greg_Amato @comcastcares loyalty dept ends up setting me up with a discount for the year to cover it...I get next bill, still billed wrong.
