After having tried out 4 day work weeks @YoungHorses for a few months we've decided to keep them as the standard. (~32 hours, M-Th)
It was an easy decision once we saw no real change to our productivity/output week to week.

Dope! By any chance did you guys try doing 4 x 10hr days as well early on and felt 10hrs was causing a productivity dropoff? That would have been my initial inclination switching to a 4 day work week, doing 4x10s.
We thought about doing that, but after 6-7 hours it feels like we get diminishing returns on the quality of our work. It’s hard to concentrate and do good work for much longer than that per day. Also ultimately we wanted to work less hours, not the same spread out differently.
