It's July, and my anxiety is increasing about moving to CA in the fall. Drought, wildfires, water shortages, earthquakes and an extremely high/competitive rental market are really weighing on me. I hope this isn't a big mistake that just obliterates my mental health.
Hit me up, rental market isn't that bad, and things are a lot cheaper right now because of COVID. There's definitely expensive pockets like Santa Monica, but you really don't have to live there haha. Can just be next to it, in say West LA and pay 1000-1500$ less.
