I wanna know how Jedi Fallen Order does this planet zoom effect in-engine. Do you think they're actually rushing in worldspace toward the planet, or is the planet being transformed in sizepic.twitter.com/PGOpF5seZc
From what I remember, was definitely just a card of the planet with some nice matte painting from concept artists or skybox artists whose scale was animated — not much more crazy wizardry!
