You can still get invaded even if you have a password. The password is so no one can summon you or your friend. Invasion doesn’t count.

Fucking sucks. Now gotta grind for hours to get 15k souls back to repair all my shit, don’t really have good backups :/. Does the white-eye stone thing banish invaders as well?

It's honestly one of the worst things about the game. I had it done to me. What's worse is that your works tendency shifts to black as well. Like

Using scraping spear of acid cloud is just super bad souls etiquette and super rude. had it done 3x to me when i played the original demons souls forcing me to restart characters from scratch. thats why i quit demons souls at the time. didnt happen to me on ps5 tho

The invader probably used a Scraping Spear, which is pretty cheap. You can’t block invaders if you’re in human form. You can banish them if you have high faith and buy a miracle called Banish. Playing in Soul Form prevents you from being invaded.
