HELL YA: Received my PS5 today!
HELL NAH: It's bricked itself within an hour of using it. Tried PS4>PS5 transfer. Kinda failed, did reset options. Dl'd Miles Morales in BG, came back to console having turned itself off. Now blinking blue light of death. Thx @AskPlayStation :(.

Have you tried putting it in safe mode? Maybe reinstalling your firmware that way will fix it.
Yeah, I tried, can't even get to safe mode, tried holding down the button until the 2nd beep, but nothing comes up on-screen, and the console just shuts down shortly after =/.
