Yeah... I think I've been on the edge of burnout for about two years...
Consider therapy if you haven’t! Helped me get through a lot of the anxiety and these symptoms as well.

I am looking into it! It’s tough for me to find a therapist who is also really competent (not just accepting, they have to Know) in a lot of gender/queer issues, but it’s on my to-do list.
