I work a lot with small canvases (512x512, 256x256, etc), and if I've pasted something in there that's larger than the canvas, I have to scroll out to resize it instead of using the Hand tool to navigate there. NOW I DON'T HAVE TO DO THAT! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXuBwOppa_c … !!!!!! YES
