Thing is, in Canada men have had the right to parental leave for a long time, it just was a 'badge of honor' to not use it, especially in this industry. I've noticed a huge turnaround (here at Ubi at least). It's a great thing amidst otherwise pretty dark industry stuff
Parental leave after child birth for men or women is pretty terrible in the US :/. If you’re at a company that’s lucky to have it, a mom may get 3 months, dad’s maybe 6 weeks. Pretty shit.
