Definitely much easier to work in Canada, but I have to wonder how much of this came from government subsidies since I know Ontario has been trying to get people to consider that province over Quebec

Oh of course there's government subsidies as incentive for all these companies both between Montreal and Toronto. Anywhere between 20-30% of your salary is paid for by the gov't essentially. It's why so many companies are attracted.

Always settling in T.O. Game companies need to check out the Niagara region. You can afford a house with a decent yard, no traffic and you have wine country. And only 1hr away from T.O. still, but I may be bias
