Yeahh, you’ll need to create a US PSN account and make any game purchases or buy a PSN subscription from there. You can then play from your home country account though to keep trophies/friends in one account. Just need to sign into both accounts on the ps4.
That’s the one leg up MS/XOne has over Sony, can change countries no problem with them :p
