What is one of the toughest interview questions you've ever been asked? Mine was "If you got the job today why do you think you were hired? If you didn't why do you think you weren't hired?" Toughest on the spot moment for me in any interview I've ever had.
"If a colleague you've managed had to give a review of you right now, what would they say?"
