The Montserrat Monastery is a must. About 45 minutes drive from Barcelona, also has buses and trains going I think. I loved it. Parc Guell (obv), buy tickets for Sagrada Familia asap, go up the mountain and check out the amazing castle and Palace of Catalonia on there!pic.twitter.com/RPnGobnhIG

a good sightseeing spot is Carmel Bunkers. Gaudí stuff is a safe bet, but there are more modernist buildings than his (St Pau). I would avoid Ramblas (too crowded, extremely expensive places). What are you interested in?Depending on that I could suggest something more specific
