Looking for advice: I have a flat tire. AAA says they won't service my location atm. I have a spare tire but no other equipment. What's the best way to get it on my car and get it to a shop? I have until 4 pm.

does it de-inflate as soon as you put air in? happened to me last week, though I just had a nail in the tire, not a full flat. ended up putting air in tire and over-inflating a bit, and just driving it to the shop

ah crap yeah. I'd maybe chance driving it to the gas station if you're not too far from one? I ended up driving from work to a gas station nearby on my flat to put air (though it pretty much wrecked the tire, had to replace it), it's usually free.
