all in all it was really fun! was cool to try some new sauces. I think/hope I prepped appropriately this time (ate a tonne of rice beforehand) because I don't want to relive my ghost pepper wing challenge nightmare from a few years ago.

famous last words but I actually don't think it will be that bad this time. I ate some Pepto tabs beforehand and that really seems to have helped ward off the rot. my stomach definitely is gurgling and there's some heat there but not as bad as I thought.

i ate pepto and had yogurt and big lunch beforehand, only helped a tiny bit probs. was still pretty bad the night of and all of next day lol

That Humble House makes some of the best g-damn sauces I've ever had. When I moved to the US I bought 3 of their flavours and I've made sure our fridge is never without since.

yeah the very first one we had was the HH ancho and it was a really great starter!
