If I’m dating someone and they don’t automatically take their shoes off when they come in to my house we’re no longer dating.
You'd have a hard time dating in the US or Europe then :P. I learned that taking off shoes when coming into someone's place is definitely a Canadian thing. Most peeps here just keep 'em on and even French/European friends.

Lol ok I found a Reddit thread on this and only France/Spain/Portugal/Italy seem to keep shoes on indoors
