yeah I hear ya, I've been through the visa hoops from F1 to TN-1 to H1-b and had to pay a lot for that green card even tho it's sponsored by a employer
Oh? How come you had to pay a bunch for the Green Card if it was employer sponsored? Just starting the process myself with EA/Respawn!

Lawyer fees. Double Fine paid half, I had to pay the other half. Wasn't like I was going to say no.

Ah kk, makes sense with DF being independant! Yeah, luckily, EA is covering it all, but I am locked in with them for the next 2 years minimally or else I’ll have to pay back for portions of it if I leave.
