You may have to install iOS 11. Did you delete the YouTube app and retry?

Oh nooo Yes I did, once I reinstall it the first time I go there it's normal, the second time starts crashing again..

I guess it’s because you’ve still got iOS 10 then. Can’t think of any other problem that would cause the app to crash. Have you tried turning your phone on/off? (Think the correct word is backup), sometimes things like that can help.
