That just sounds like more policing and enforcement that disproportionately impacts communities of color because they are always the target of this type of approach. NO MORE DRUG WAR

Lol I live downtown SF. I totally understand everything you describe and the extreme poverty that is up in our face right next to the extreme wealth. No one feels good after seeing so many people unwell on streets of SF.

We need more policing. We need to get the drugs off of our streets. Regardless of color take them all off of our streets. Come down to 9th and Mission. The epidemic will be displayed in less than :45 minutes. Our elected officials do nothing especially @chesaboudin to protect us
