    Glad to speak at the opening session of the Blue Economy Week, São Tomé e Príncipe. Developing countries are on average the most reliant countries on Ocean economy. Yet they capture a small fraction of global value added from the Ocean economy & face the highest climate impacts.

    Why does it matter how aid is taxed? ODA exemptions can be 3% of GDP in some countries, equal to spending on education in sub-Saharan Africa. To increase transparency, the OECD launched a new online hub on the tax treatment of ODA. Find out more in my piece with

    Há 7 anos libertei em Mértola 2 linces ibéricos, iniciando a reintrodução desta espécie extinta no seu habitat. Hoje, existem >200 exemplares no Vale Guadiana. Muitos criticaram a opção. Resultou! Presto homenagem à comunidade da conservação da natureza que tanto lutou >30 anos.
