Say: "I don't think new visions of history or the archive should be given space. I don't think other definitions of harm need to be taken into account. I'm fine with new studies of the same kind of history, but not new historical thinking. Nothing different. Just the same. 3/

But say that. Say what you mean. Don't say history has no politics. Say the politics of your history is not the politics of my history. Even say you don't like my history or my politics! At least then it could be an honest conversation.
